Megan Kelly, Miss Rodeo Queen USA, is a proud Ramona, California native whose passion for community and rodeo has shaped her journey. From joining 4-H at age six to being crowned Teen Miss Ramona 2015 and Miss Ramona 2018, Megan has spent her life serving and mentoring others. Her leadership extended through high school as vice president of the Ramona FFA Chapter and continued into the rodeo world when she was crowned Miss Bulls Only Rodeo 2020/2021. After her reign, she became the event’s emcee, coach, and mentor—roles she has held for three years—guiding young women in their pursuit of becoming rodeo queens. A graduate of California State University, San Marcos, Megan launched her career as a licensed California realtor while continuing to give back to her community. In 2023, she placed second runner-up at Miss Rodeo USA, a moment that deepened her commitment to mentorship and advocacy for the sport. Today, as Miss Rodeo Queen USA, Megan continues to inspire others through her leadership, love of rodeo, and dedication to helping the next generation shine.
